If your fishery earns its bookings, you shouldn't share them with a marketplace.

Other platforms charge a percentage of every ticket. KeepNet is £59/month flat — the same in a quiet January as a busy August. However much your fishery earns, the cost doesn't go up. And every angler relationship stays yours.

Flat fee — not a percentage

Other platforms charge a cut of your bookings. KeepNet doesn't. £59/month in quiet January and £59/month in busy August. The more your fishery earns, the wider the gap.

Automated catch report prompts

At 3pm after every session, KeepNet emails the angler automatically. Species, weights, photos. No chasing, no forms. Every report belongs to your fishery — not a marketplace platform.

The complete loop

Booking → payment → QR ticket → bankside scan → automated catch prompt → searchable history → next booking. Swimbooker runs a similar loop — at 2.5% per booking with your angler data held in their platform. KeepNet: same complete cycle, flat fee, all data yours.

Stourhead lake, Wiltshire — English countryside fishery
3,000+ UK commercial day-ticket fisheries — most paying per-booking platform fees or still running on calls and cash

You've built a successful fishery. You shouldn't be paying a percentage of every booking you earned.

If your venue fills pegs most weekends, you built that through word of mouth, repeat customers, and years of hard work — not because a booking platform sent you traffic. The percentage model was designed for platforms that bring you customers. If yours already come to you, you're paying for something you don't need.

  • 💸
    Commission that compounds

A busy weekend costs more in fees than a quiet one. There's no efficiency gain — the better your fishery does, the more the platform takes. The percentage model has no ceiling; every good month is also a more expensive one.

  • 📊
    Your anglers in their marketplace

When someone books through a marketplace platform, they're in the platform's database — not yours. The platform can market to them, show them other venues, and build the relationship you earned. You lose the customer connection you worked to create.

  • 🎣
    Catch data you don't control

Running on calls and cash? There's no digital record — anglers can't see what your waters produce. On a percentage platform? The data lives in their system — leave and you lose it. Either way, the proof that drives repeat bookings isn't working for you.

Simple, flat monthly pricing

No per-booking fees. No hidden charges. A one-off setup fee covers your onboarding — then a flat monthly rate, locked in for 12 months.

On a percentage platform

Most booking platforms charge 2 – 5% of every ticket sold. For an established fishery running steady bookings, that's a significant ongoing cost on revenue you'd have taken anyway.
KeepNet costs £59 flat — the same every month, regardless of how busy you are.

Some platforms run the full cycle — booking, check-in, catch reports — but charge a percentage of every ticket and hold your angler data in their platform and market to your anglers through their own marketplace. KeepNet does the same complete cycle for a flat monthly fee. You own every angler relationship, every catch record, every repeat booking.

30 years in tech.
A lifetime on the bank.

We grew up fishing the rivers of Yorkshire, and we've been fortunate enough to continue that passion across the world. Professionally, we've spent 30 years in technology — most recently building businesses across multiple sectors. KeepNet is what happens when those two things collide. The problem is simple: established fisheries with loyal anglers are paying a percentage of every booking they earned themselves through years of hard work and reputation. The bigger their fishery does, the more they pay. Their angler data is held in someone else's platform — leave and it goes with them. It needed fixing — so we built it.
